Born in Africa, educated in Europe, and now residing in the United States, Uchenna has developed an extraordinary ability to
relate to people from all walks of life.
His academic background in
psychology and hospitality has further polished his interpersonal skills, enabling him to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
Empowering Women, Infants, and Children. As a Program Officer at the Brooklyn Hospital Center for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Program, Uchenna has been instrumental in providing psychosocial outreach, nutrition education, and essential supplies to vulnerable populations.
His tireless efforts have helped to
improve health outcomes, promote healthy habits, and support the well-being of women, infants, and children in the community.

As a concerned youth for enhancing better life for the youth, women and their children, Uchenna worked as an international community volunteer for disaster mitigation, and humanitarian relief
in the City of Brussels Head-Quarters, 2019-2020. Ensured humanitarian relief got to vulnerable population in outreach programs to hard to reach communities in Brussels.
Recognition for Excellence
As a peer motivator, Uchenna was honored with an award of Communications and Media Specialist by the Center for Community Impact, and Sustainability (September 2024), an achiever Award of Recognition by Eastern Mediterranean University, Nigerian Student Society,
(December 2019), and Sports Director, Nigerian Students Society, at Eastern Mediterranean University (March 2018). Others include Team lead Student Delegate for West Africa you
Summit (May 2021), Star performance award, for tracking all WICSIS supplies that are lost in transit or stolen at Brooklyn Hospital Centre for Women, Infant and Children (WIC) centres.
Uchenna’s outstanding work earned him this recognition from both the Brooklyn Bridge Rotary Club, and the Brooklyn Hospital Center. The district has taken notice of his exceptional contributions, acknowledging his excellence in performance-driven and people-centric tasks.
Just recently, Uchenna received a commendation from the Brooklyn Hospital Center for his dedication to helping Site 6 grow in both quality and quantity (Ghiziane Site Manager,January 2025). He was honored with praise “your teamwork and positive energy are truly appreciated.”
A Force for Positive Change
In all the above accomplishments by Uchenna’s, one constant theme has emerged; his passion for driving positive change. From his academic achievements, to professional pursuits, an unwavering commitment to excellence and community service has been constantly apparent.
