Eugene Utubor, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, Mobilization, and Engagement, today paid a courtesy visit to the esteemed father and All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain in Esan South Local Government Area, Hon. Elder Sam Eboigbe, at his residence in Benin City.
