IRRUA- Encomiums have continued to pour in for Sir Kizito Igene as the Ojirrua of Irrua and The Okaijesan of Esanland , His Royal Highness, Zaiki, William Momodu II (JP), CON, is set to confer on him the Prestigious Traditional Title of Obatale of Irrua.
The historic event which is expected to draw dignitaries from home and the Diaspora is scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Royal Palace of The Okaijesan and Ojirrua of Irrua at 10am.
A statement endorsed by Mr Robinson Ehi. Eromosele, aka Okaijiesan 1 of America, on behalf of the Eromosele Family of Unogbo- Irrua congratulated him and described the Chieftaincy Title on Sir Kizito Igene by The Okaijiesan “as very befitting and eminently well-deserved”.
According to Robinson Eromosele , the Celebrant , Sir Kizito Igene is one man who has contributed significantly to the development , progress and well-being of his immediate community and Esanland in general, yet prefers not to blow his trumpet.
He further described Sir Kizito as a true and committed Son of the Land , in view of his track record as a renowned Philanthropist, lover and promoter of culture, tradition and adept Community leader.
He, however, commended The Okaijiesan and Ojirrua of Irrua, HRH Zaiki William Momodu II, for identifying, recognizing and honouring Sir Kizito Igene with the prominent traditional title .
While he urged Sir kizito Igene to continue in his good deeds , Mr Eromosele tasked other well- meaning Sons and daughters of Esanland to emulate the latest and soon- to-be unveiled Chief Obatale of Irrua in his silent, but tangible Community Service evidenced in the innumerable number of Esan Sons and daughters he has positively impacted their lives,both at home and in the Diaspora.
