The funeral ceremony of Pa Alfred Aguanomwan Agbontaen the Odionwere of Ekowe village in Ovia North East Local government area of Edo state has been announced by the family .
According to the funeral arrangement signed by Pa Amadin Osayande for the family , Thursday,18th January 2024 – 10 am, the body leaves Hope Mortuary to his residence, 1 Ekowe village ,Ovia North East Local government areas, Edo State ,followed by interment.
The social dance will take place on the 20th January 2024, at his residence by 12 noon .
Recalled that until his death, Pa Alfred Aguanomwan Agbontaen (aka father of children ) was the Odionwere of Ekowe village, a unifier who would not stop talking about the need for the people to continue to have respect for the custom and tradition of the land, pledging his unalloyed loyalty to His Majesty, Oba Ewuare II .
