BENIN CITY- Edo state Labour Party Chairman, Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi has suspended Murphy Paul Imasuen,others from the party for anti-party activities
Others suspended from the party along with him includes Mr Ikuoyemwen Ehiwe, Mr Jegede Idemudia and Capt. Oronsaye Augustine.
The Chairman made the declaration in a press briefing attended by the state executives at the party secretariat in Benin city, the Edo state Capital.
According to Comrade Ogbaloi, the state executives have met to review it’s activities and resolved that the party can no longer accommodate the anti party activities of Mr Murphy Paul Imasuen and has consequently resolved to suspend him and others from the party.
“The state exco met to review it’s activities and take reports from the state working committee (SWC) on the day to day running of our great party and immediately before it was the continued intransigence of Mr. Murphy Paul Imasuen and his collaborators, against the party he called his own, the exhibition of alien rascality, dangerous exhumation, that has crystalized him as a non party man, unyielding attitude to reasonable persuasions, gross insubordination to legally constituted authority of the party, reckless publications of party policy issues, without due authorization and deep participation in the recent infringement on the party, created unintelligently by Apapa Lamidi, a tragic power seeker of a mean nature, all these inspite of unparallel resilience deployed by the party, especially at the state level, exco became considerably constrained to co-inhibit further with these characters in the same confines, and resolved therefore that Mr. Paul Murphy Imasuen is suspended indefinitely from Labour Party.
“Finally, party hierarchy gave no attention to an alleged outrageous social miscreant, Agho Blessing who incidentally we understood, is Mr. Murphy Paul Imasuem’s mistress, because she is not a member of Labour Party, the statement concluded.
