BENIN CITY-The royal family of Ikhinmwin,Ogiamien and Evian of Sakponba in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State and the Ozigbe family of Jakpa ,Delta State have remembered their Mother, Mrs Felicia Agbonikhanmwan Otasowie who transited onto glory to be with her creator three years ago .
Mrs Felicia Agbonikhanmwan Otasowie will always be remembered as an easy going ,peace maker and the impactfulness amongst the market women where she was a leader.
Three years is like yesterday,her memory would ever remain fresh in the hearts of her children, brothers,sisters,in-law , grandchildren and the Ogiamien families.
In a tribute by her sons ,”We know you can no longer stay with us,though you fought to be with us . We know you now watch over and protect us. Although we cannot hear your voice or see your smiling face,we know deep down in our hearts that you have not left us. Instead, every day you surround us with the singing of the birds, the rising of the sun and falling of the night. So many broken hearts are left behind .But in our deepest despair,our greatest comfort lies knowing that you are at peace with the angels and God .So as times passes our tears will dry ,our hearts will mend but our love for you will never end” .
The daughters in their part have this to say,”You are the greatest we could ask for and you have been so dear to our hearts and we are proud to be your daughter. You were a wonderful person,your children and all those who knew you attest to your qualities of neatness, gentleness, humility, integrity and lots more. Not only your children but all who came in contact with you called you mama, which testifies to your motherly disposition. Now that you are gone memories are all we have left ,but memories of you are as strong as life itself and as they say “to live in the heart of those who love you is not to die”. Continue to rest in peace till that glorious morning when we shall meet to part no more”.
